ORDERS & SHIPPING
Water and merch ship to all 50 states. THC laws are different from state to state—and they change. We only ship THC products to destinations where the specific product is permitted and where we can legally ship it.

Different states have different rules around THC potency, hemp-derived products, beverages, licensing, and shipping. We follow applicable shipping restrictions and won't send a product somewhere we're not legally allowed to.
No. Orders require a physical delivery address.
Orders over $100 ship free. Under that, shipping is calculated at checkout. We aim to get orders out within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-5 days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships.
Only for our THC products which are intended for adults 21 and over. We require age verification before completing your order or delivery.
We move fast, so contact us ASAP with "ORDER CHANGE" in the subject line. If it hasn't been packed yet, we'll do our best. Once it's shipped, it's on its way.
Take photos of the damaged cans and the box, then send them to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We'll make it right.
Check your tracking first. If it says delivered and you don't have it, contact us with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
Returns
Since they're consumables, we can't accept returns or exchanges on drinks. If something is wrong with your order, like damage, missing items, or a wrong flavor, contact us and we'll fix it.
Unworn merch with tags on can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to start the process. Please don't ship anything back without talking to us first.

Pick your drinks and save 20% on every monthly delivery. No contracts. Skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account.
Log in, go to Manage Subscription, and hit cancel before your next billing date. Changes can take up to 24 hours to kick in.
Wholesale
Contact us with your business name, location, and contact info, and our team will reach out. THC products may require specific licensing depending on where you are, so check your local rules.
